George "Nick" Supernois

George Nicholas Supernois, affectionately known as "Nick," was born on April 4, 1972, and sadly passed away on August 16, 2025, in Dearborn, Michigan. He was 53 years old. Nick was a renowned figure within his family and community, noted for his warm spirit and vibrant personality. He graduated from Wayne Memorial High School in 1990, and his life journey included a significant chapter of service to his country, having proudly served in the United States Army.

Nick's passions were diverse and enriched his life. He found joy in playing the guitar and had a creative flair for forging knives and swords, pursuits that showcased his artistic side and craftsmanship. To those who loved him, he was not only a wonderful son, fiancé, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin, and friend; he was a beacon of light who will be dearly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

In his passing, he is survived by his father, George C. Supernois; fiancée, Desiree Cox; siblings, Samantha (Keith) Emerson, Kevin (Stacey) Supernois, Amanda (Steve) Stocker and Rebecca (Joey) Kersey. He also leaves behind three nephews and four nieces who will cherish their memories with him.

Nick is preceded in death by his mother, Susan Supernois; grandfather, Clark Galloway; grandmother, Fern Supernois; and grandfather, Bill Supernois. Their legacies will forever intertwine with the memories and impact that Nick left behind.

Funeral services will be held at The Husband Family Funeral Home located at 2401 S Wayne Rd, Westland, MI 48186. Visitation is scheduled for August 28, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, followed by the funeral service beginning at 6:00 PM and concluding at 7:00 PM the same day.

As we remember Nick, we celebrate a life well-lived, one filled with love, creativity, and compassion. His spirit will undoubtedly resonate within the hearts of his family and friends, bringing solace during this time of grief.
