Helen Larae (McDowell) Gibbs, 60, of Wayne, MI passed away August 23, 2021.
Larae was born in Garden City, Michigan to Ray and JoAnn McDowell on May 26, 1961. She enjoyed diamond painting, Joyce Meyers and Stevie Nicks. She also enjoyed spending most of her time with her grandkids, in the later days gave a sense of pure joy that even shined through all the dark times.
Larae is survived by 2 sons Robert Laurain and Duane Gibbs; four grandkids: Colt Del Gibbs, Mattison, Aaliyah, Allanna; and a granddaughter on the way. She is preceded in death by her parents.
