John David Matusek

John David Matusek, 51, of Westland, MI passed away on December 15 in his home.

"Johnny Red” was born in Athens, OH to John Al Matusek on August 9, 1967. He went to high school at John Glenn and received his GED in 2014. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing with his girls and in the past he enjoyed raising pit bulls. . The family wishes to extend their gratitude to all the family, friends and co-workers during his life and death. The tears you have shed for him and the support you have shown to all of us is greatly appreciated.

Johnny is survived by his father, John Al (Stephanie Belmont) Matusek; daughters, Emma and Julia, his “wife”, Jennifer Cole; siblings, Jim C. Matusek, Mary L. Howe and Amy (Eric) Jepson; sister-in-law, Nicole (Finigan) Matusek; all the Matusek, Howe, Jepson & Belmont “Brothers and Sisters”, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, Aunts and Uncles.
