Taylor, MI

Judith (Judy) Lee Lickliter, 80, of Taylor, Michigan, passed away peacefully at her home on November 23, 2025, surrounded by family.

She leaves behind a legacy of steadfast love as a devoted wife, adoring mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, and a loyal friend. Her presence will be deeply missed by everyone who knew and loved her.

Judy was born February 7, 1945, in Detroit to Rose and Ernest Heyn. She married the love of her life, Bradley, on June 30, 1962, and they spent the next 63 years together.

Judy loved spending time with her family, camping, sewing, watching soap operas, and playing slot machines. She and Brad spent many years line dancing with Cactus Junction and Silver Star Steppers at various halls and fairs across the state.

She will be remembered most for her loyalty, friendship, her deep love for her family, and for being sweet and spicy, and as silly as it gets.

Judy is survived by her sisters Gloria Baker, Lyn Wood, and Cheryl Mattison; her children Gordon (Shawn) Lickliter, Glenda (Dennis Russ) Lickliter, Greg (Virginia) Lickliter, and Cheri Grassel; grandchildren Amanda (Chris) Kaniski, Alex (Erin) Lickliter, Kayleigh (Brandon Wolfe) Lickliter, Tyler (Brittany) Scicluna, Megan (Matthew) Mrozinski, Zac Scicluna, Sara Grassel, Nick Grassel, Casey Lickliter; and great grandchildren Cooper, Max, Jackson, Bradley, Addison, Harper, Lincoln, and Levi.

She is preceded in death by her parents and sister Delores Norris.
