Jacqueline Walstead, 76, passed away June 9, 2022. Jackie was born December 24, 1945 in Detroit, Michigan to Otis and Catherine Kennedy. She attended Chadsey high school in Detroit and graduated in 1964. She married the late Gordon M. “Smokie” Walstead and enjoyed spending her time at church, crafting, playing games and cards; especially Bingo and loved music, word searches and walking as well as spending valuable time with her grandchildren.
Jackie is survived by her children; Shawn A. Walstead and Gordon M. Walstead; grandchildren; Deana M. Cook, Meghan C. Arban, Alicia L. LaRoque, Jordan E. M. Walstead and Heather M. Lemoine; great grandchildren; Emmalee B. Addison, Isabella G. Ruthig, Haidyn E. Ruthig, Eliza C.M. Arban, Landon J. Sikora and Lucca M. Kiekens; siblings; Donna J. Berryhill, Marti Kennedy and Mike Kennedy; Patrick K. Walstead and many other nieces and nephews and brother-in-law Nicholas K. Radovic.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Gordon M. “Smokie” Walstead; parents; Otis O. and M. Catherine Kennedy; siblings, Will Kennedy, Barbara A. Pulley, Ronnie Kennedy and Penny Kennedy; In-laws; Nicholas K. and A. Irene Radovic; daughter-in-law Valerie M. Walstead and brother-in-law Floyd A. Walstead.
